Service Agreement – All moving services are provided according to the written or verbal agreement made between the client and Cottage Grove Movers. Changes or cancellations must be communicated in advance.
Payment Terms – Payment is due as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are subject to change without prior notice unless stated in a signed agreement.
Liability for Loss or Damage – While we take every precaution to handle your belongings safely, Cottage Grove Movers is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items not properly packed, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Customer Responsibilities – Clients must provide accurate information about the size, quantity, and nature of items being moved. Items containing hazardous materials cannot be transported.
Dispute Resolution – Any disputes arising from services provided will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes are subject to applicable laws of the state of Minnesota.
Privacy Policy – Personal information collected by Cottage Grove Movers is kept confidential and used solely for providing moving services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Cottage Grove Movers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability for any direct loss is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
